During this time span, he coached teams to one regional and three district/state championships and a seventh place in one NAIA World Series. He has coached 71 all-conference performers, 29 all-district/state, 13 all-region, and nine All- American players.

In the latest American Baseball Coaches Association/Collegiate Baseball NCAA Division III baseball poll released on April 11, Luther is ranked 27th in the nation and third in the Central Region.
