BUENA VISTA’S STORK AND WARTBURG’S DOHLMAN EARN NGCA HONORS

CEDAR RAPIDS , IOWA . . . Two Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference women golfers, Buena Vista’s Jennifer Stork (Carroll, Iowa/Kuemper) and Wartburg’s Erin Dohlman (LeRoy, Minn./LeRoy-Ostrander) were recognized by the National Golf Coaches Association (NGCA) as the association held its awards banquet on Wednesday in conjunction with the 2006 NCAA National Championship.

Stork, a junior, was named a Second Team All-America and to the All-Region IV Team. She was named to the All-Region team for the second consecutive year and is the first Buena Vista golfer to earn All-America honors since Debbie Zorn in 1999.

Dohlman, a senior, was also named to the All-Region IV Team for the second straight season. She was also an honorable mention All-America this year after earning Second Team honors in 2005.
