JASON BERG RESIGNS AS LUTHER WOMEN'S GOLF COACH

DECORAH, IOWA . . . Jason Berg, Luther College women’s golf coach and assistant men’s basketball coach, has announced his resignation.

Berg, who has served as assistant men’s basketball coach for the past eight years and head women’s golf coach for six years, has accepted a teaching and coaching position at Farmington, Minn. Berg will serve as a senior high math instructor and head girls basketball coach at Farmington High School.

“We appreciate the dedication and service Jason has provided to Luther College, the athletic department and the student-athletes these past eight years,” stated Joe Thompson Director of Athletics. “His enthusiasm, knowledge and strong work ethic have been an inspiration to all and will be greatly missed. We wish Jason and his family all the best in their future endeavors.”
