WAVERLY, IOWA . . . Wartburg College senior forward Harrison Kibombo-Lugujjo of Uganda and junior midfielder Luke McClyman of Cedar Rapids were tabbed All-Americans by d3kicks.com late last week. Kibombo-Lugujjo tied the single-season record for goals (28), set a new single-season mark in points (62) and set a new career mark in shots (324), while McClyman turned in 16 goals, seven assists, 39 points and four game-winning goals this season. Kibombo-Lugujjo was first team, while McClyman was a third team pick. Both players were previously honored as First Team All-West Region by d3kicks.com.

Kibombo-Lugujjo and McClyman are the third and fourth Iowa Conference men's soccer players to earn All-American honors. Former Wartburg forward Verne Houston and former Knights' goalkeeper Collin Lane were chosen Third Team All-Americans by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) in 2004.
