THREE IIAC SOCCER SIDES
EARN NSCAA TEAM ACADEMIC AWARD

CEDAR RAPIDS , IOWA . . . A total of three Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (IIAC) soccer teams (2 women, 1 men) posted a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher, thereby earning the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Team Academic Award for the 2007-08 academic year.

Women's teams from University of Dubuque and Wartburg College were recognized, as was the men's squad from Simpson. The Dubuque women (3.37 GPA) posted the highest team grade point average of the three IIAC squads honored, followed by the Wartburg women (3.20) and Simpson men (3.01).
