Kraayenbrink, a senior, captured the women’s individual title at the 2009 Iowa Conference Cross Country Championships, completing the 6,000-meter course in 22:49, 10 seconds ahead of the closest competitor. The third Wartburg woman to capture the individual title (Robyn Olson, Missy Buttry), she also led the Knights to their 11th league title. (IIAC Female Athlete of the Week) |

Kraayenbrink, a senior, led No. 14-ranked Wartburg for sixth time in seven meets this fall. She claimed the individual championship by 7.2 seconds in a multi-divisional field that included runners from North Dakota State, South Dakota State, Northern Illinois, and the University of Minnesota. The Knights finished fifth out of 27 teams with 154 points. |

Kraayenbrink, a senior, finished a close second to Caedryn Schrunck of NCAA Division I Northern Iowa, who competed unattached, at the Dan Huston Invitational Oct. 10. She covered the 6,000-meter course in 22:08, helping the Knights to a 24-point win over No. 9-ranked Wisconsin-La Crosse in the team race. It is the fifth time in six meets that she has been the lead finisher for No. 14 Wartburg. |

Lynch, a sophomore, finished 71st of 332 runners at the Wis.-Eau Claire Blugold Invitational. She completed the 6,000-meter course in 24:22.06, 2:48 behind the meet champion. Lynch led the Norse to a ninth-place finish in a 19-team field with 248 points. |

Kraayenbrink, a senior, placed fourth in a field of 500 runners in the Maroon III race at the University of Minnesota Roy Griak Invitational. The highest-finishing Iowa Conference runner in the field, she completed the 6,000-meter course in 22:30.3, 54 seconds behind the meet champion. Kraayenbrink led the Knights to a fifth-place finish with 156 points. |

She was the highest finishing NCAA Division III runner at the multi-divisional meet, helping to lead the Knights to a third-place team finish behind only NCAA Division I Nebraska and Wichita State. |

University. She was the top Iowa Conference runner at the multi-divisional meet, leading the Knights to a third-place finish. |

Berry, a senior, won the 103-unner Central Dutch Invitational, completing the 5,000 meter course in 18:30, 26 seconds ahead of the rest of the field and setting a new personal best time. Berry improved on her 2008 Central Invitational time by 22 seconds as the Dutch won won the team title. |
